Can I Go Back into Treatment?

Can I Go Back into Treatment?

Sometimes people aren’t ready to seek treatment yet.

They may try going to rehab but then find they are unable to complete the program. Maybe they break the rules and are asked to leave the program, or maybe they decide to leave on their own. Whatever the case may be, the patient ends up leaving rehab still suffering from an active substance use disorder.

Later down the road, that same patient may decide it’s time. But, after an unsuccessful rehabilitation program, they may be worried about returning. Questions like, “Will another rehab center even take me?” and, “Should I even bother?” may enter their head.

If you relate to this situation, it’s important to know that you are still deserving of both treatment services and sobriety, and treatment is still available for you.

The question at this point is whether or not enrolling in a treatment program at a rehabilitation center is the right treatment option to meet your needs…

Is a Rehabilitation Center Right for Me?

It is very important to seek treatment when you make the decision to get sober. With that said, you may be wondering if enrolling in another treatment program at a rehabilitation center is right for you. Generally, rehabilitation centers offer two programs—inpatient and outpatient. Inpatient can be difficult, as it requires you to put your life on hold and often comes with strict rules. Outpatient is a little less intense but it still requires you to visit a treatment center for hours at a time throughout your week.

Both of these options either may not seem like a good fit or may not even be viable…

Is There an Alternative?

Just because treatment as usual isn’t a good fit for you doesn’t mean you shouldn’t seek treatment of any kind. There is an alternative to outpatient and inpatient treatment—in-home treatment.

Front Door Health provides in-home treatment for patients with substance use disorders and dual-diagnosis disorders. With in-home treatment, patients are able to work one-on-one with mental health specialists, substance use treatment experts, and psychiatrists in a private, peaceful setting.

At Front Door Health, we take a scientific approach to treatment and create custom treatment plans for our patients to increase their chances of success. Our team believes patients should get the treatment they need when they need it. That’s why we offer immediate treatment for patients (often same-day enrollment!). We also provide 24/7 treatment services for our patients. We are here when you need us!

We understand that it can be difficult to put your life on hold and take time off work. Our in-home treatment allows you to continue to meet your work, school, family, and other obligations while receiving the treatment you deserve.

If treatment as usual hasn’t worked in the past and you would like to learn more about in-home treatment, contact Front Door Health today. We’re happy to answer any questions and provide you with the help you need.
